  • Leading and guiding a large team of chefs across several brands within a single location
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity in all dishes
  • Contributing to menu development and innovation
  • Overseeing kitchen operations, including prep planning, stock control, budgeting, and equipment maintenance
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, high-quality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of all kitchen sections and a creative, detail-oriented approach
  • A solid understanding of compliance, health & safety, and food safety procedures
  • Proven experience in scheduling, rota planning, cost management, and kitchen finance reporting
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with an ambitious hospitality group
