- Support the progression of the assigned children - academically, socially and emotionally.
- Develop a behaviour or learning reward scheme that incorporates the child's likes and interests.
- Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to organise appropriate activities and provide feedback on pupil progress.
- Monitor and track the development of children, supporting their personal development and confidence.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in UK(Sponsorship is not available with thai role)
- Good class management skills
- Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours
- Ability to engage with and build connections with children
- SEN experience is (desirable)
- Be creative, proactive and flexible in supporting style
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with children (must be able to provide 2 professional references)
