A highly regarded full-service law firm based in Central London is seeking a Family Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join its leading Family department. This is an exciting opportunity for a capable and committed Family Solicitor to work alongside a team of seven experienced partners on complex and high-profile family law matters.The successful Family Solicitor will advise a diverse client base, both domestic and international, on the full range of family law issues. The team has a reputation for excellence in all areas of family law, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children law, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. As a Family Solicitor, you will be given early responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to develop your career within a collaborative and well-supported environment.The Family Solicitor’s roleThis Family Solicitor position will involve working on a broad caseload, including:Divorce and dissolution of civil partnershipsFinancial disputes, including complex assets and international elementsPrivate law children matters, including relocation and contact disputesCohabitation agreements and disputesNuptial agreementsEmergency injunctions and enforcement proceedingsYou will work closely with partners and senior solicitors and be supported in building your own caseload and reputation in the field.
