We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to support compliance and ensure best practices in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. This role focuses on maintaining safety standards, promoting a proactive culture, and delivering effective solutions in Lanarkshire.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across the site.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Deliver training sessions to staff on health and safety practices and compliance requirements.
  • Support incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to all levels of the organisation.

  • A recognised qualification in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations and best practices.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing detailed reports.
