- Support compilation of General Manager and Clearing & Securities Services Product Management Leadership Team
- Create weekly snapshot consolidation
- Support Clearing & Securities Services Strategy planning, compiling of materials, metrics and business cases
- Support Clearing & Securities Services business recaps including revenue reporting, billing, and annual accomplishments that are shared with the General Manager and Executive Committee
- Support ad hoc projects that are prioritized by Clearing & Securities Services (i.e. support activities include research, data gathering, analysis, consistency of messaging)
- Support planning for key Clearing & Securities Services business meetings including action tracking to bring commitments to closure
- Create annual business planning, volume, revenue forecasts and pricing reviews
- Contribute to customer-facing and internal project-specific communications (Important Notices, FAQs, press releases, newsletter articles, fact sheets)
- Update and maintain all customer-facing web content for Clearing & Securities Services
- Conduct analysis of the customer satisfaction survey to measure, monitor and report on key findings
- Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk
- Minimum 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Self-starter who can work autonomously, while also being an energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player
- Ability to present information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings
- Proven ability to convince others on key topics by presenting persuasive arguments and alternative approaches
- Encourage teams to constructively challenge established views
