Job descriptionSEMH Teaching Assistant Location: WF4, Wakefield Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £93-£105 per day (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time onlyAbout the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in WF4. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for helping children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs thrive in their learning environment.You will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver tailored support, both in and out of the classroom.
