- Accurately assess accident-damaged vehicles and create repair estimates using Audatex
- Liaise with insurance companies for repair approvals
- Identify correct repair methods and document accordingly
- Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and engineers throughout the process
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet repair deadlines
- Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator in a bodyshop environment
- ATA/IMI accreditation preferred
- Confident using Audatex and other estimating systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of various insurer and manufacturer repair methods
- Full UK driving licence required
