Drive performance, inspire your team, and help shape the future of food manufacturing.🚀 What You’ll Be DoingAs a Production Team Leader, you’ll lead from the front – making sure your team hits target safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be hands-on, coaching your team, solving problems in real-time, and helping shape a culture of continuous improvement.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety First
- Champion a safety-first mindset
- Train and coach your team on safe working practices
- Escalate and follow up on risks or incidents
- Make sure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Act fast on hazards, damage, or errors
- Monitor product quality and traceability
- Be the go-to support for your team – approachable, fair, and motivating
- Onboard, train and sign-off team members on key skills
- Work with L&D to grow talent and close skill gaps
- Lead your line – hit targets on time, every time
- Monitor performance (speed, quality, wastage, OEE) and escalate quickly when off-track
- Keep accurate shift reports and production records
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and clean-downs
- Work cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, and Warehouse teams
- Support trials and continuous improvement initiatives
- Step up when the Shift Manager is away
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (CI background = bonus)
- Strong communicator and natural team motivator
- Sharp eye for detail and quality
- Calm under pressure, proactive problem-solver
- Passion for learning, growing, and helping others do the same
- Comfortable using systems to track and improve performance
