- Safety will comprise a key element of the role, you might also be required to conduct risk assessments and health and safety inspections and to demonstrate leadership in safety.
- An important element of the role will involve administrative duties, from writing reports and updating records to procurement and budget control.
- An ability to plan and organise work in a time efficient fashion is critical.
- The ideal candidate will have background working with asphalt or a similar industry, with a strong focus on safety and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a supervisor.
