- Acting as the friendly face at reception—answering queries, assisting residents, greeting visitors, and making first impressions count
- Handling resident communications with clarity and care—via phone, email, or in person
- Handling and sorting of parcels and post
- Overseeing rent payments and reservations with precision and tact
- Setting up apartments for residents to move in to
- Dealing with complaints with a helpful and empathetic manner
- Assisting with the setting up and preparation for events
- A customer service star with either student accommodation, hospitality, property, or a people-facing role
- Self and culturally aware and able to adapt relationship building, communications and negotiation skills
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
- A team player with strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for making a difference
