The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Commis Waiters to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience.About the Role:
As a Commis Waiter, you’ll support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless, attentive service. From preparing the restaurant for service to assisting with food and beverage delivery, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest has a smooth and memorable experience.Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.What you will do:Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after serviceSupport the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionallyMaintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areasAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requestsWork closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flowUphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your roleWhat you bring:A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitalityPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsA willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environmentProficiency in spoken EnglishThe Right to Work in the UKSchedule and hours:This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per weekEarliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1amThe restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
