- Achieve sales targets while minimizing costs and managing staff budgets.
- Lead and motivate your team, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, setting performance expectations.
- Handle scheduling, forecasting staffing needs, and managing store operations
- Preparing and reviewing management reports to plan tasks, review performance and drive sales.
- Ensure high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Maintain a safe working environment and uphold security procedures.
- Support business efficiency initiatives and assist other stores as needed.
- Manage cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day processes.
- Responsible for cash safe management and G4S lodgements
- Serve as a keyholder with responsibility for store security and opening/closing duties.
