Pay Rate:
  • Starting from £13.63 (reviewed after 12 weeks)
  • £20.45 per hour - Overtime after 40 hours
  • £27.26 per hour - Weekend overtime and bank holidays

As a Production Line Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor. You'll lead a team of up to 30 staff, ensuring that daily targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.   • Coordinate daily production operations across multiple shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 30 production staff
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
  • Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure skill development
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and incidents
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
