As a Production Line Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor. You'll lead a team of up to 30 staff, ensuring that daily targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. - Coordinate daily production operations across multiple shifts
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 30 production staff
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure skill development
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime
- Maintain accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and incidents
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
