This is a broad, hands-on role where the Talent & Events Manager will manage every detail of artist bookings and live performances, ensuring flawless delivery for some of the most high-profile events in the world.Key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and managing artist bookings, contracts, riders, and invoices
  • Acting as a key point of contact for artists, clients, and event organisers
  • Planning and delivering live performances end-to-end
  • Overseeing logistics including travel, accommodation, scheduling, and hospitality
  • Managing budgets, client requests, and production requirements
  • Being present on-site to oversee talent, event delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Staying ahead of music industry trends and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business
The CandidateThe ideal candidate for the Talent & Events Manager role will already be working in a talent management, music touring, or luxury events role, with proven experience in booking and managing high-profile artists. A background in event or concert production will be a strong advantage, as will the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.Key skills and attributes include:
  • Experience in talent booking, contracts, and live show logistics
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with artists and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across international time zones
  • Comfortable working in a luxury environment with complete discretion and professionalism
  • Flexible approach to working hours (many events fall on evenings/weekends)
  • Willingness to travel to Europe when required
  • Experience working in a small, fast-moving, founder-led business preferred
