You'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00.Pay, benefits and more:You'll be paid a salary of up to £34,000.00 per annum, plus an additional 15% night shift allowance.   • Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you'll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging targets
  • You'll ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resource and efficiencies
  • With good understanding of Health & Safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects

  • A proven track record at team leader level, within a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
