- Proactively sell sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for conferences and events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage new business accounts through lead generation, cold calling, and competitive monitoring.
- Retain and grow existing client accounts, introducing them to new opportunities across the events portfolio.
- Negotiate commercially sound contracts with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate sales administration and pipeline management via CRM systems.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, attending relevant events where required
- Target-driven and ambitious, with proven sales experience in sponsorship or exhibition sales.
- Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying leads and securing conversations.
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledgeable about event sales and keen to deepen market expertise.
