- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order processing.
- Proactively reach out to clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with other internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, offering solutions where needed.
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
