We're looking for a passionate and committed Nursery Nurse or Early Years Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) who thrives in a stable, long-term setting rather than daily supply.The Role: This is a full-time, on-site role within a friendly Early Years team where you'll:*Be a positive role model and lead with best practice
*Support a small, collaborative room team
*Assist with snacks, playtime, and personal care
*Ensure children's wellbeing, safety, and safeguarding at all times
*Deliver meaningful, age-appropriate learning and careEssential Requirements*CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
*Recent and relevant experience in a Nursery, Primary, or similar setting
*Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
*Willingness to obtain or already hold an Enhanced DBS
