Landbased students at Moulton College make use of an extensive range of practical resources as an important part of their course. These include nearly 500 hectares of commercially farmed estate on a range of soil types. Our team is going from strength to strength with consistent growth in student numbers year on year. With a clear focus on student experience and a commitment to high professional standards this is a team that is going places.Therefore, we are looking for a Countryside Management expert looking to inspire the next generation with their knowledge.Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 8 September.Your dutiesYou will:
  • Teach and train students and other client groups across our Landbased provision to quality standards set by the college.
  • Tutor and manage one or more courses or groups of students, along with development of landbased courses.
  • Participate in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring processes to ensure learners, customers and clients receive exemplary service.

  • Experience of working in an land-based discipline.
  • Educated to HNC level or have equivalent vocational experience within a countryside management discipline.
  • You will also hold or be prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education)
