- Pay & Remuneration: £40,000 + OTE £56,000 - £64,000
- Hours: 45 Hours per week are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Every Other Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm, Day off Thursday.

- Sales Leadership: Oversee the Used Car Sales process, ensuring targets are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop Sales team members, fostering a culture of success and professional growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver best-in-class customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Stock Management: Manage used car inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective pricing strategies.
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse Sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Handle customer enquiries, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless Sales experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Demonstrable experience in a Sales Management role within a Main Dealership or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to motivate and develop a high-performing Sales team.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
