As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support the learning and progress of students. You will assist with classroom activities, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide individualised support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Education or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
- Commitment to continuing professional development.
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting as a Teaching assistant is preferred but not essential.
