- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Children's residential care.
- NVQ Level 3 in children's residential workforce minimum or above
- Related knowledge of OFSted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
- A strong people manager with a hands on approach.
- Experience of budgets and rota's.
- Full driving licence is essential.
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
