I'm working with a brilliant family-run horticulture business that's looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous management experience and a genuine passion for horticulture, whether that's professional experience or just a deep love for working with plants.The role is based at their nursery and warehouse, and it involves everything from organising and cleaning the space to leading a small team and getting stuck in with the physical side of the work. It's a very practical, on-the-ground role, perfect for someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty and being outdoors.About the Job:They're looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the nursery and warehouse - keeping things clean, tidy, and running smoothly. You'll be expected to lead from the front, work closely with the family, and help keep the team motivated and productive.It's not just a standard warehouse job - horticulture knowledge or a real interest in plants is essential.
