SENDCo – HorleyJob Title: SENDCo – New SEMH School
Location: Horley, Surrey
Salary: Leadership Scale (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025We’re seeking an experienced and passionate SENDCo to lead SEND provision at a brand-new SEMH school in Horley.Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee EHCPs, assessments, and interventions
  • Lead on inclusive practice and staff training
  • Work closely with families and external agencies
Requirements:
  • NASENCo qualification (or working towards)
  • Strong SEN knowledge and leadership experience
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, pupil-centred approaches
