- Develop and execute BD and marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives.
- Collaborate with practice heads and partners to raise the internal and external profile of the Private Client group.
- Lead client targeting and relationship management initiatives.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across the firm.
- Manage pitches, campaigns, events, PR, and content creation.
- Oversee budget allocation and assess ROI across BD activities.
- Support wider firm initiatives including international desks, client growth programmes, and strategic projects.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in business development within professional services; law firm experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Private Client sector and partnership environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, commercially astute, and confident in leading initiatives.
- Skilled in project management, campaign development, and client engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems (e.g., InterAction, Vuture) is advantageous.
