We are looking for a Service Outbound Coordinator to join our dynamic Contact Centre Team based at Hendy in Poole.The Opportunity:As an Outbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactively contacting existing and potential customers to secure workshop bookings, focusing on maximising each service locationā€™s capacity.   • Excellent telephonist manner, with strong sales-orientated communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proven track record in an outbound or customer-facing sales environment;
  • High level of organisation and time management skills;
  • Empathetic and able to handle difficult conversations;
  • Accurate data input, good attention to detail and experience of managing your own workload.
