- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across the cluster’s hotels to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee timely resolution of maintenance issues to minimize downtime and guest impact.
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and expenditure for the cluster.
- Liaise with hotel management teams to plan and execute capital projects, renovations, and upgrades.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks and maintenance gaps.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting for all cluster properties.
- Promote energy conservation and sustainable maintenance practices.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and after-hours support when required.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties or similar facilities.
- Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) and preventive maintenance.
