  • Lead and run projects and delegate work
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and liaise with technicians
  • Be client facing and attend site visits
  • Provide detailed designs for projects within the Nuclear and Commercial sector
  • Offer insight to potential new business leads
Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:
  • 5 years’ experience as a Structural Engineer (minimum)
  • Ideally chartered with the ICE or IStructE (or working towards)
Personal skillsThe Senior Structural Engineer role would suit someone who is:
  • Comfortable in difficult situations
  • Able to manage their time well, as well as others within the team
  • Someone who has the ability to want to grow and progress their career
