This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical and coordination skills to support projects across both tender and delivery stages.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate design across pre-construction and live projects
- Ensure designs meet safety, compliance, and buildability standards
- Work closely with consultants, internal teams, and the supply chain
- Support the Senior Design Manager with strategy and delivery
- Maintain change control and regulatory compliance
- HNC/HND or degree in construction, engineering, or architecture
- Experience in design management, project delivery, or technical coordination
- Knowledge of CDM, construction regulations, and stakeholder engagement
- Confident working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
