- Deliver detailed information about products, including their features and benefits, to assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable water softener solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Generate leads through various methods, including follow-up on inquiries and prospecting.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
