You'll manage a range of ground investigation projects across sectors including rail, highways, nuclear, and energy, supporting delivery from award through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Manage ground investigation projects (£1M+) from start to finishLead and mentor a small team of engineers and techniciansMaintain project finances and client relationshipsEnsure HSE compliance and high-quality project deliverySupport business development and prepare technical proposalsRequirements:Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering or similar5-8+ years' relevant experience, with at least 1 year in project managementStrong knowledge of GI techniques, standards, and reportingCSCS (Manager), SMSTS or similar, and full UK driving licenceStrong communication and organisational skillsDesirable:Financial forecasting experienceProfessional body membership / working towards chartershipBenefits include: car allowance, training support, flexible working, and a strong pipeline of high-profile projects.Apply now to join a team delivering impactful geotechnical solutions across the South.
