A day in the life of…As Food and Beverage Supervisor you'll be responsible for delivering when it comes to all things F&B, while supervising larget part of the hotels food and beverage operations. This includes partnering with the Food and Beverage Manager in recruiting and managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service is always given by the team, over the phone, email or in person. You will be included in developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets plus enforcing health and safety regulations and training. You'll also assist in monitoring industry trends including social media, analysing sales and financial reports, and work with sales & marketing teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional communication, and organisational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of food and beverage standards and best practices. As part of our management team you will be required to fufil duty manangment shifts, full training will be given.You'll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.Based in the Nine B Bar and Restaurant, situated within Novotel Hotel Leicester, you will be part of a passionate team who knows that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock. The Novotel hotel is an exceptional new build consisting 154 bedrooms and Adagio Aparthotel contains 98 high spec suites and is part of the newly generated waterfront area of Leicester.What do we need from you?
  • Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment.
  • A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
  • You'll be an inspirational people orientated person, with first class communication, and organisational skills.
  • You'll be equipped with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
