  • Conduct clinical assessments for conditions like respiratory infections, UTIs, skin issues, and minor injuries
  • Diagnose and formulate treatment plans, including prescribing.
  • Educate patients on self-care, symptom management, and medication use
  • Carry out diagnostic tests (e.g. urinalysis, throat swabs, peak flow)
  • Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary
  • Must be willing to visit Care Homes

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in managing minor illnesses
  • Knowledge of pharmacological treatments for common minor illnesses
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Experience of working within a GP Practice
