Due to continued growth they are looking for a process-driven engineer who can progress into a leadership role in the business.In this role you will be involved in continuous development and the implementation and improvement of new manufacturing equipment and production lines, working closely with the R&D teams to facilitate continual innovation within the business.The role would suit someone from a Manufacturing background who has experience implementing new machinery and production lines, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, or similar.The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours - flexible start and finish time
*Hybrid working in office and from home
*Leading a small process development team
*Running projects involved in enhancing processes and upgrading equipment and implementing new production linesThe Person:
*Worked in Manufacturing, FMCG, Production or similar industries
*Experience as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer or similar
*Implementing new machinery/ production lines
