Our team of expert advisers brings unparalleled insight into the full lending market, backed by centuries of combined experience.We are currently recruiting for a Mandarin-speaking Mortgage Adviser to join our high-performing team within Knight Frank LLP, the world’s largest privately owned property consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with HNW and UHNW clients across Prime Central London and international markets.As a Mortgage Adviser based at our Global HQ at 55 Baker Street, you’ll have access to an exclusive client base requiring tailored mortgage and complex financing solutions. We are recognised leaders in the large-loan space, with long-standing relationships across the private banking sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and international introducers.
  • Build a pipeline of mortgage business through internal referrals and self-generated leads.
  • Offer market-leading mortgage advice across a range of financial products.
  • Identify the most suitable lending solutions to match client needs.
  • Deliver exceptional client service to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure all files and advice meet compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • CeMAP-qualified or equivalent mortgage qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
  • Proven track record in sales-focused or client-facing roles.
  • Experience with New Homes Mortgages would be advantageous.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
