  • Collaborate closely with teachers to plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons.
  • Lead focused small group and individual instruction, offering tailored support to students.
  • Support the creation and development of curriculum materials and resources.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Supervise and guide the activities of other teaching assistants.
  • Play an active role in contributing to the overall academic achievement of our students.
The ideal candidate will:
  • A Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent is essential
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a school environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
