- Assisting with planning appeals and inquiries, including preparing necessary documentation.
- Advising on compulsory purchase orders.
- Working on infrastructure projects and development schemes.
- A Planning Solicitor likely to be around 3 years PQE
- Proven experience in handling planning agreements
- Strong academics
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- A solid understanding of local government planning policies and procedures.
