Our client is looking to recruit a planning Solicitor to join their specialist team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global law firm with a great reputation. This role comes with a highly competitive salary.The Planning Solicitor will get involved in a range of work and responsibilities including;
  • Providing legal advice on planning matters to a range of clients in the private and public sector.
  • Drafting and negotiate planning agreements, including Section 106 Agreements and infrastructure agreements.
  • Assisting with planning appeals and inquiries, including preparing necessary documentation.
  • Advising on compulsory purchase orders.
  • Working on infrastructure projects and development schemes.

  • A Planning Solicitor likely to be around 3 years PQE
  • Proven experience in handling planning agreements
  • Strong academics
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • A solid understanding of local government planning policies and procedures.
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
