In this role, you will:provide clinical and operational leadership for a multidisciplinary teamdeliver prescribing interventions to service users with complex physical and psychological needsdevelop and implement recovery-focused, evidence-based care pathwaysbuild and maintain effective links with internal and external stakeholdersensure daily service delivery is safe, effective, and meets key performance targetsRequirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:a current and valid NMC or HCPC registration and prescribing qualificationexperience working with substance misuse and complex needsstrong leadership, communication and assessment skillsthe ability to manage change and drive service development
