- Demonstrate experience of dealing with the public both face to face and over the telephone
- Basic understanding of general office procedures (e.g. record keeping, filing)
- Experience of working in General Practice or the NHS
- Experience of using a clinical system
- Effective written communication skills
- Effective verbal communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone
- Effective listening skills
- Keyboard skills sufficient to produce data and information using packages such as Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work using own initiative

- Ability to transfer information/data with proficiency and accuracy
