- Customer Service:
- Manage inbound enquiries from customers, brokers, and insurers.
- Accurately input insurance data into internal systems.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain up-to-date, detailed case notes for team collaboration.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Support and mentor new team members when required.
- Claims Handling:
- Review and gather information on reported claims.
- Assess documentation, estimate losses, and determine coverage.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with insurers on complex cases.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and provide regular updates.
- Identify recovery or subrogation opportunities where appropriate.
- Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in insurance or claims handling is desirable but not essential.
