Waunfawr Primary – 7 hours, 30 minutes per week
Libanus Primary – 7 hours, 5 minutes per week
Tir-y-berth Primary – 10 hours per week
Bryn Primary – 6 hours, 15 minutes per week
Cwmcarn Primary – 10 hours, 50 minutes per week
Twyn Primary – 7 hours, 55 minutes per week
Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Caerffili – 6 hours, 15 minutes per week
White Rose Primary – 9 hours, 35 minutes per week
Pengam Primary - 8 hours, 45 minutes per week
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Team and provide support across the wider Road Safety Team.We pay an attractive salary of £12.85 - £13.05 per hour, and offer access to training and development opportunities.Are you looking for work with children? Are you caring, punctual and reliable and committed to keeping children safe?The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the safe crossing of pupils and other pedestrians at a specific location going to and from school, ensuring their health and safety at all times.The post is for a School Crossing Patrol Monday to Friday which will consist of two shifts per day, one at the beginning of the school day and one at the end.You will comply with our policies and ensure regulations are adhered to, within the School Crossing Patrol Guidelines and Handbook. You must be an effective communicator and will be expected to liaise with management, parents, learners and the school successfully.As part of this role, you will be required to undertake training which will be accessed online.For the role, we ask that you have:
Good understanding of road use and traffic awareness and are able to demonstrate this on your application form.
Ability to make decisions where appropriate.
