- Acting as a positive role model and mentor, encouraging students to develop a love for science.
- Hold a 2:1 degree or above in a science-related subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Natural Sciences).
- Have strong academic credentials (GCSEs and A-Levels).
- Are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and supporting young people.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a busy school environment.
- Are seriously considering a future career in teaching.
