Assist with the implementation of tailored learning plans and strategies.
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills.
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and track student progress.What We're Looking For:A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and contribute to a positive school atmosphere.
Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent) is an advantage, but not essential.
