- Oversee HR administration including onboarding, offboarding and staff records
- Liaise with managers on training, health, safety, and performance matters
- Support investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes impartially
- Assist with audits, compliance, and policy updates
- Organise diaries, meetings, and occasional PA support for directors
- Maintain accurate documentation for both staff and suppliers
- Strong spoken and written English with excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Able to manage your own workload, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
- Experience in HR, administration, or similar varied office-based roles
- Understanding of day-to-day Employment Law (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience of working in a varied HR support role
- Experience with day-to-day Employment Law requirements – HR consultants to support on complex matters
- Experience managing varied office-based duties – e.g. health and safety oversight, audits, compliance and PA duties
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
