Do you thrive on delivering complex, high-spec projects in challenging environments?We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor looking to appoint a Construction Manager to oversee a flagship laboratory and teaching facility project in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a technically demanding build from early stages to completion.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are metManage subcontractors and ensure compliance with design and specificationCoordinate closely with the M&E teams, particularly on electrical worksLiaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project deliveryLead progress meetings, reporting back on timelines, issues, and resource needsKey Requirements:Proven experience as a Construction Manager on projects with significant electrical packagesTier 1 or main contractor experience preferredStrong understanding of laboratory, educational, or other high-spec building environmentsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifiedAbility to lead on both quality and programmeWhat’s on Offer:Salary up to £70,000 for permanent candidatesCompetitive freelance day rates available for subcontractorsOpportunity to work with a respected Tier 1 contractor
