Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation – MerseysideSalary - £45,148Monday to Friday 8-4:30pm5% Matched Pension + 33 Days Holiday + 5 weeks life assurance + Overtime + Great Training Opportunities and Many More Benefits!The CompanyOur client is giving you the chance, as a electrical maintenance engineer, to work for a globally recognised FMCG Manufacturer who supply into some of the biggest names in the food and beverage sector worldwide. As the electrical maintenance engineer, you will be working on a range of high speed production lines ranging from both automated and semi automated lines, perfect if you love working on advanced and diverse level of machinery!The RoleAs the electrical maintenance engineer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting planned and preventive maintenance on automated and complex machinery
  • Fault finding on electrical components including contactors, invertors, relays, sensors and Siemens PLC work
  • Carrying out mechanical work on a range of different components including bearings, motors, gearboxes etc
RequirementsAs the electrical maintenance engineer, our client requires:
  • You to have an NVQ level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent) in electrical engineering
  • Good understanding of fault finding both mechanically and electrically
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment/FMCG environment
