- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and contract longevity
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal Sales, Service, and Project teams
- Position the business as a strategic partner delivering tailored and profitable solutions
- Oversee service delivery KPIs (PPM, reactive callouts, small works, etc.)
- Roll out new security products and solutions
- Drive account development and financial performance
- Prior experience in a Key Account Manager role
- Strong background in managing high-security or corporate clients
- Proven ability to grow account value and profitability
- Fire & Security sector experience beneficial
