Our client, a renowned law firm are currently looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team on the outskirts of Derby. If you're passionate about supporting clients with a wide range of Real Estate matters and you're eager to provide the best client experience then this may well be the role for you.To be considered for the Commercial Property Solicitor role, you’ll require the following essentials:
  • Experience working across a varied commercial property caseload
  • Good working knowledge of both standard and complex Real Estate matters
  • Excellent communicator who possesses excellent client care skills
The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards challenges and change.Within this Commercial Property Solicitor position, you’ll also be:
  • Working on a varied caseload of Real Estate matters including Landlord and Tenant, Property Development, Freehold acquisitions and disposals and Property Finance
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve the best outcomes
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Staying updated on legal developments and contribute to the firm's knowledge base
