Hours: 8.30am until 5pm Monday to FridayWe’re looking for a friendly, organised, and driven Account Manager to join AM2PM and work with our key clients.In this role, you’ll be the main contact for both the client and our agency staff. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly — from filling shifts and supporting workers to keeping the client happy and compliant with all rules and regulations.What You’ll DoBe the main point of contact for the client and agency workers.Manage daily staffing needs, shift changes, and any issues that come up.Welcome new workers, carry out inductions, and check all documents are in place.Keep accurate records, time sheets, and reports.Make sure the client has the right number and quality of staff at all times.Deal with absences, holidays, and payroll queries.Hold regular reviews with both the client and workers to make sure everyone is happy.Spot opportunities for extra bookings and pass them to the right team.Follow all REC, AWR, and Home Office guidelines.Support and develop any team members working with you.What We’re Looking ForGreat communication skills — written and verbal.Able to work well under pressure and keep organised.Confident building relationships with clients, workers, and colleagues.A proactive problem-solver who can think ahead.Good attention to detail and IT skills.Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player.Reliable, professional, and positive at all times. * You must have a valid driving licence and your own transportPlease applyINDNOTTINGHAMNameEmail addressTelephone NumberMessageUpload CV (optional)Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file.
