- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience working in a commercial estimating or pricing role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good administrative and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Effective and professional communicator with clients and suppliers
- Flexible and willing to support additional business functions when required
- Able to manage a varied workload in a dynamic environment
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and domestic installation projects
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather necessary pricing and technical information
- Review tender documents and customer specifications
- Support the booking and scheduling of installation work where needed
- Assist the Operations Team with commercial admin, document handling, and client communications
- Maintain and update the pricing database and job tracking systems
- Provide occasional warehouse cover, including basic order checking and inventory support
- Ensure all proposals meet relevant compliance and warranty requirements
- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
